About Domino
Domino - The Little Boy Who Found His Way into Your Heart 🖤🤍
Domino is a wonderfully sweet little boy, around 4½ months old, who was found in the eastern suburbs of Athens, near a rubbish bin, desperately searching for food and water among much bigger cats.
He was completely alone — without his mother or any siblings to protect him. When he was found, he was already unwell, suffering from a cough and a runny nose. Our volunteers immediately took him to the vet, where he received the care and treatment he needed. For the first few days, Domino had to take antibiotics until he was strong and healthy enough to move into a foster home.
And that is where his life finally began to change. ❤️
At his foster home, Domino met the other cats and immediately became their friend. He started playing, sleeping cuddled up next to them, and enjoying everything a kitten his age should be able to enjoy.
No more searching through rubbish for a meal.
No more wondering where his next drink of water will come from under the hot Athenian sun.
No more having to survive on his own.
Now, Domino is simply a happy little kitten — playful, affectionate, curious and full of love.
He is incredibly gentle and cuddly with people and very social with other cats. He loves attention, enjoys communicating with his humans, has a very healthy appreciation for good food, and absolutely adores curling up on warm, soft cushions for a cosy nap. 🥰
Domino is vaccinated and microchipped. He will soon be tested for FIV and FeLV and will be neutered at the appropriate age.
We would love Domino to have a safe indoor home where he can be part of the family. If the home has a balcony or terrace, it should be securely protected with cat netting so that he can safely enjoy some fresh air and sunshine.
Because Domino is such a social and playful kitten, we would prefer him to live with another friendly, playful cat. Alternatively, he could be adopted together with one of his feline friends from his foster home.
Domino has already experienced what it means to struggle for survival. Now he deserves something very simple: a safe home, a warm bed, a full bowl, a feline friend and people who will love him for the rest of his life.
He is the kind of little companion everyone would be lucky to have by their side. 🖤🤍
Domino is ready to leave the streets behind. Now he is waiting for the family who will make him theirs forever.
Our animals travel to their new homes with an EU pet passport and a valid vaccination record. Adoption takes place exclusively after a successful home check and with an adoption contract.
For transportation, we work with reliable and licensed animal transport companies. We take care of the complete organization of the journey and the preparation of all required legal documents. All documents will be handed over to you when the animal is transferred to your care.
